Daniel Levy oversaw Spurs' move to the state-of-the-art venue in the year 2019.

US technology mogul the entrepreneur has dismissed launching a buyout proposal for Tottenham.

Spurs had previously “clearly turned down” an unofficial approach from a consortium headed by Brooklyn Earick last month and stated the organization was off the market.

But British acquisition regulations required that, following an initial approach turned down, the interested parties needed to make an offer by late October or state they would refrain.

Verification of the decision was provided in a statement issued by Tottenham to the London Stock Exchange, confirming the team is “not in an offer period.”

He published an snapshot of the release on digital channels, remarking: “I've had a pleasure discussing with Tottenham Hotspur and the owners' representatives over the past few weeks.

“I maintain high regard for the club, its leadership, and its fans, and hope for only the best.”

The club's board thanked the group for its “cooperative stance” in talks and for “acknowledging the firm stance” of the proprietors that the team is unavailable.

Earick is a former DJ who also was employed in space technology for NASA before founding Redacted RnD, which focuses on innovation, communications, sports and leisure.

His approach was the latest approach turned down by the club's board since the unexpected exit of executive chairman the former chairman in last month.

Earlier in September, the club rejected approaches from former Newcastle United shareholder Staveley's PCP International and a consortium headed by Kennedy and the co-investor through Firehawk Holdings Limited.

Daniel Levy and his family hold about thirty percent of Enic Sports & Developments Holdings Ltd – which has an majority interest in Tottenham.

The executive was the the league's top-tenured leader and is estimated to have received in excess of fifty million pounds during his almost quarter of a century in the role.

Yet he was also the subject of regular protests by Tottenham supporters, especially last term as Premier League performances turned out disappointing.

Spurs secured their initial silverware in nearly two decades when they beat Manchester United in May's Europa League final.
