The Covent Garden Hotel's Saketini – Recipe

For an elegant surprise, sample this refined martini-inspired drink. It is delicate, fragrant and easy to sip, and complements small pieces of parmesan.

Saketini

Serves 1

30ml gin – a quality London dry gin is ideal

15ml Lillet Blanc – a floral and citrus aperitif

15ml sake – a light, medium-bodied one, ideally

Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake in a cocktail shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds to cool. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass and serve.
